Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

The Old Parsonage 1 or 2-night Gift Voucher is a fabulous gift idea for any occasion and is so easy to order... you can order by phone, email or social media and the gift card can be sent directly to the recipient if time is of the essence.

All Gift Vouchers are subject to certain terms and conditions, including:

Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 1 year from the purchase date, and bookings must be made within this period. Gift Vouchers are for one use only.

All accommodation and other services by The Old Parsonage are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.

Reservations using a gift voucher must be made directly with The Old Parsonage either by phone or email. Bookings through third party booking agents are not permitted. If making a reservation online through www.oldparsonagebnb.com the voucher number must be entered in the customer notes field on the payment page along with payment details at the time of making the initial booking.  This notifies the property of the intention to use the gift voucher towards the booking.

Acceptance of the gift voucher entered on a reservation as payment is subject to final verification by the property upon receipt of the booking.

Should the total length of stay be greater than the Gift Voucher, the Old Parsonage will invoice for the difference and this must be paid as per the booking terms and conditions.

The original Gift Voucher must be presented upon check-in.  If the voucher cannot be produced upon check-in, then payment must be made for the accommodation booked. In this instance the voucher can be used at a future date (before the expiry date).

Should the expiry date lapse, for a small administration fee; an extension can be made (this must be done prior to the expiry date).

Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher.

Gift Vouchers are not valid for deposits for group bookings.

Gift Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and will not be accepted by The Old Parsonage or be otherwise redeemable.

Terms are void where prohibited by law. Standard terms and conditions per booking apply.
